The objective
of this study was to investigate pricing options for water
services and to analyse the impact of different customer groups
for the North Shore City Council in New Zealand. The scope of
work included investigating pricing options and market
segmentation. Tasman also conducted research on other water
organisations in New Zealand and Australia and analysed the
impact on different customer groups. |
