The project is
to support the Western Samoa Government to strengthen the
management and operational capacity of the Western Samoa Water
Authority (WSWS). The goal of the project is to strengthen the
institutional capability of WSWS to establish and achieve its
corporate objectives, including - the effective operation of the
water supply infrastructure to provide improved customer
service, the achievement of cost efficiencies and the
achievement of the target level of cost recovery. The project
will emphasize corporate issues such as executive management
strengthening, financial management, asset management, human
resource management and administration.
