Tasman was involved in the Institutional Strengthening component
- reviewing the corporate strengthening elements of the project.
To maintain and improve the operational efficiency of an
operating power utility it is essential to have sound
capabilities in both managerial and technical areas. This part
of the study addressed the management, governance, staffing,
planning and financial issues associated with EPC. The various
corporate building blocks necessary to produce an effective,
efficient power utility were examined.
