Description of Project

 

Investigated the financial implications for the Government of Vietnam of existing and planned private participation in infrastructure. The primary sectors reviewed in the study were electricity, transport and water supply.  Tasks included field visits to Vietnam, and interviews with Officers at the Bank’s Representative Office in Hanoi, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Industry, Electricity Administration of Vietnam, Ministry of Transport, and Road Transport Administration of Vietnam.  Duties included the preparation of an Inception Report of the main findings from the field visit, and a Final Report.
