Description of Project

This project aims to help the NEEPGC prepare, in institutional terms, for what the PRC and in particular, the State Power Corporation (SP) seeks to become - a competitive generation industry. The objective is for the NEEPGC to benefit from the lessons from other power groups, in Fujian and Hunan in particular, including from past ADB TAs on institutional strengthening in these Provinces.
