Description of Project

This project assesses
the current institutional arrangements for toll road delivery
and operations in
Indonesia.
It also identifies and compares alternative models for
reallocating responsibilities for the development,
authorization, financial support, implementation and regulation
of toll roads between government and other entities with the aim
of improving transparency and attracting private sector
investment in the sector. The project includes detailed
recommendations for implementing the preferred reform options.
