This project involves
assessing the regulatory and policy issues in eight countries in
the Asian region that affect imported oil or oil use for
generating electric power For each of the policies and
regulations that might impact on fuel choice, we identify the
objectives being sought and, where appropriate, develop a range
of alternative measures that would be less distorting of fuel
choice but at the same time would achieve the company’s
objectives. |
